Aleksei Zukov

I started doing Bikram Yoga in 2009 and then segwayed to Jivamukti and Ashtanga Yoga in 2010. I was certified to teach Jivamukti Yoga in 2013 by Sharon Gannon and David Life. My challenging Vinyasa style asana practice stems from and reflects my background in martial arts and acrobatics. I base my classes on the 5 pillars of Jivamukti Yoga: Ahimsa (non-harming), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (sound), Shastra (scripture), Bhakti (devotion).
