Pennie’s style of yoga teaching is a powerful, evolving exploration of physical, mental and energetic flow. She enables students to uncover a sense of dynamic balance by building awareness and strength on a number of different levels.
She encourages a playful, compassionate and alignment based practice for all. A range of pose options are offered for beginners right through to more advanced students. The stiffest bodies can join and enjoy her accessible, light-hearted classes, while the more experienced are also offered new inquiries and angles to consider.
Her classes draw on her breadth of experience to create an instinctive yet slightly cheeky space for her students to either explore strength and their dynamic flow edge, release and letting go, or a mixture of both.
