Ahmed Zambarakji

Ahmed Zambarakji

10 years ago, Ahmed turned to yoga, energy work, somatic therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and shamanic healing in an effort to heal persistent issues with his own body. A Health & Wellbeing writer, he eventually retrained as a bodyworker and, years later, as a vinyasa yoga teacher under the guidance of Stewart Gilchrist.

His teaching style is compassionate but strong with an emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of yoga rather than 'picture perfect' postures. Expect lots of mindful adjustments, massage, guided meditation. He is deeply grateful to his mentors and to those who have selflessly helped him on his journey: David Manning, Anna Hunt, Shomit Mitter, John Tindall, Stewart Gilchrist, Ena Vie & Louka Leppard.
