My journey started with Tibetan Buddhism Meditation. When I did yoga for the first time it was a home away from home feeling. I practiced for two years and went to California to do my teacher training. 

Along the way I developed a real passion for nutrition and did a BSc in Nutrition and Natural Medicine right after. 

I try combining all skills I learned along my journey into my daily life.

What does Yoga mean to you?
Yoga for me is a practice of consciousness, so it means everything to me.
Favourite yoga position?
I like all poses, the practice is a journey not a destination.
Favourite meal or snack?
Mixed frozen berries, avocado, coconut water and whey protein on nutri bullet. Little water, taste like ice cream. 
Favourite Inspirational quote or saying?
You are what you think. 
Who is your greatest influence?
My own curiosity.
If you were stuck on a desert island which three items would you take?
The book "the power of now" by Eckhart Tolle, a blanket- nothing like a good night sleep, a knife to open coconuts to drink the water and eat the flesh.

Ingredients

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas (keep one to put on top)
  • 1 cup egg whites (including 2 whole eggs)

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed (or LSA)

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175°C (not fan forced)
