I first practised yoga with my mum as a young child. And haven't looked back since! I've been sharing my passion full time for the past 13 years. It gives me the glow of life in the everyday. 

I teach all ages and abilities and a range of styles. From a slow, precise mindful beginners teaching approach to a strong inversion based vinyasa practise, ashtanga, rocket, and restorative. Sessions are tailored to the individual so that you get the most from your yoga.
